Genuinely good guy who cares about helping people be well. I have been to him many times for various issues with my back from muscle tension to knots to muscle spasms to tweaked nerves. He always knows just what to do. I'm a big guy and he's strong enough to manipulate my back and has often fixed me in one visit. Huge life saver!

I wasn't sure what to expect as it was my first session with a chiropractor, but Dr Hayden is great. Not only does he perform the correction, but he gives you exercises to work on to minimize stressing your skeleton and muscles. He treated both my wife and me. We both felt better immediately.

I highly recommend Dr. Hayden. I have been going to him for a couple years and he always pinpoints where my problems are, corrects them and gives me exercises or stretches to maintain at home. Also he is very personable and makes me feel at ease. The best!
