Climate Zone removed our old AC system and installed 2 heat pump systems about 2 weeks ago. The team that installed the systems was a team of 6 gentlemen - Yohandy, Aidan, Daniel, Anthony, James, and Riley. They were a fantastic crew who worked efficiently, communicated clearly, problem solved on the fly (our old system had some challenges to remove based on how it was originally installed 30 years ago), and were accommodating to the needs of my family (we had a 3 week old newborn and 3 dogs at the time of install). Our boiler exploded at night 2 weeks ago and we got 3 similar quotes for our house in Burlington, MA. For the first time in my life, we went through Costco for home improvement projects. Climate zone was easy, very fair priced and knowledge. Ray and John installed a new heat pump water heater and a new boiler 2 zone for our house. They gave us a temp hot water tank for free while we waitef for the parts to come in so we could shower and run the dish washet. Adam in sales was very responsive honest and straightforward.
