Mike responds promptly and his services are reasonably priced. He is professional, knowledgeable and kind. He has changed closers and locks all throughout our facility. We will keep using him for all our lock needs!

Highest recommendation of Mike and his team at Chelmsford Lock & Key. Mike is especially personable and easy to work with, entirely trustworthy. Prices are good, so much so that we have hired him for three separate jobs at our 150 year old, 800 seat church. He worked around our scheduling needs and, most importantly, took great care to maintain the beauty of the historic building. Overall, his has automated three doors, including one double set. In each instance, he used the most current products that met our goals exactly. Now, he is working on a third door to make it open easier. In between those jobs, he took time to solve smaller problems with two other doors.

Mike responded to my inquiry right away regarding a new locking mechanism for my townhome's slider door. He was able to fully replace it the following week with no issues. Great pricing and communication!
