“What to give a HUGE shout out to Ryan. I had an idea to customize my beloved office desk into a sewing station. Ryan was enthusiastically willing to assess it. Turns out, the construction of the desk prevented doing what I had in mind. HOWEVER, Ryan had an excellent compromise that accomplished what I needed, remove the middle desk drawer! Which he did, with a smile and graciously. It involved his crawling around on the floor and removing many screws.
