I loved working with Northeast Solar. Communications were timely, ongoing, & clear; staff and crew were attentive, knowledgeable, & kind. They handled all the paperwork, made it easy. And at such an uncertain time, I put my trust in them — and they delivered. I felt fully taken care of, every step of the way — and still do. Thank you, NES!
I am loving my mini-splits! They keep me comfortable, so important as we continue to stay at home...

Reviews
Our solar system went "live" this past Friday and I need to say that this has been one of the best experiences I have had with any company. From the first informational meeting we attended through completion of the project, Northeast Solar communicated every step of the way. Questions were answered clearly, without tech-speak, their estimates were transparent, and we always knew when they would be on site and what they would be doing (especially appreciated during the COVID quarantine). They took care of all the permitting, inspections and communication with the state and the utility company, doing the leg work but keeping us apprised each step of the way. The installation was efficient and professional, and the staff was pleasant and respectful. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with Northeast Solar.
Northeast Solar installed two Mini Splits for us in a condo property.
Like another previous reviewer, we were up against the deadline to have the work done in time to qualify for the tax credit. They worked diligently with us to get things done in time.
The permitting and other paperwork aspects were handled very professionally and they were great about explaining the process and responsive and helpful regarding any questions.
The installation went great. Max Childs, the installer did a great job on the install. It was clear he was very experienced and competent at the task. He was also great about explaining everything you could need to know and answering any questions. He has also graciously answered questions that came up after the install.
Very good experience throughout the entire process with Andrew and Max.
