I loved working with Northeast Solar. Communications were timely, ongoing, & clear; staff and crew were attentive, knowledgeable, & kind. They handled all the paperwork, made it easy. And at such an uncertain time, I put my trust in them — and they delivered. I felt fully taken care of, every step of the way — and still do. Thank you, NES! I am loving my mini-splits! They keep me comfortable, so important as we continue to stay at home...

Our solar system went "live" this past Friday and I need to say that this has been one of the best experiences I have had with any company. From the first informational meeting we attended through completion of the project, Northeast Solar communicated every step of the way. Questions were answered clearly, without tech-speak, their estimates were transparent, and we always knew when they would be on site and what they would be doing (especially appreciated during the COVID quarantine). They took care of all the permitting, inspections and communication with the state and the utility company, doing the leg work but keeping us apprised each step of the way. The installation was efficient and professional, and the staff was pleasant and respectful. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with Northeast Solar.
