Like another previous reviewer, we were up against the deadline to have the work done in time to qualify for the tax credit. They worked diligently with us to get things done in time.
The permitting and other paperwork aspects were handled very professionally and they were great about explaining the process and responsive and helpful regarding any questions.
The installation went great. Max Childs, the installer did a great job on the install. It was clear he was very experienced and competent at the task. He was also great about explaining everything you could need to know and answering any questions. He has also graciously answered questions that came up after the install.
Very good experience throughout the entire process with Andrew and Max.
Northeast Solar handled our solar installation this fall. When I first spoke with Justin it was already mid-August, and the end-of-year deadline for the tax credit meant a very tight fall schedule. I appreciated Justin's transparency regarding the crunch, and the generous 10% discount he offered if the work couldn't be completed in time. As it turned out, the crew had everything installed and interconnected by early November.
