“I must have been living under a rock not to know how wonderful is Caroline's Hair Studio in Harwich Port.My experience began with Caroline herself greeting me and taking me to her station as soon as I walked in. Everywhere else I've been on the Cape makes patrons wait 15 minutes or more in the waiting area. Caroline listened to my concerns about my hair, and set to work, giving me a cut and blow-dry that I love, combined with very pleasant conversation. When she had to step away to attend to something she apologized, even though it wasn't long at all. She treated me and everyone who came in like a friend. I made my next appointment with her before I left. Shortly afterward, while chatting with a neighbor at home, another neighbor shouted out that she liked my hair and did I just get it cut? Great validation!One piece of advice-- Caroline is deservedly in demand and it will likely take awhile for that first appointment, so be patient.
