I am very sorry to report that Tim the Barber, Tim Long, has passed away. As I wrote in my previous review, Tim was a no-nonsense barber and something of a character. But he gave good haircuts for no-nonsense customers at a very reasonable cost.

Tim is a barber, not a stylist. His shop is a barbershop, not a salon. He cuts hair, without a bunch of small talk. I've been going to him for 8 years and only recently has he said more than five words to me. But I go there for a haircut, not a social visit. So if you want a good haircut at a very reasonable price from an old-school barber, Tim's is the place to go. And don't call him, he's busy cutting hair. Just go.

It was like going back in time. Tim was full of information, history and professionally focused. He is a different communicator which was very refreshing, we're all different. So happy to see he has carved a niche for himself and has a loyal, kind clientele. I'm over an hour away and will going to Tim's for now on. 5 stars!
