I need an office visit for a specialist referral. They offer a two o'clock appointment,I accepted,They then called back said there was a problem with the 2pm but offered a 1:40, they had given the 2pm to someone else.I said I would try but wasn't sure I would be able to get out of work and back on cape in time, but I took the 1:40.They told me to go to the ER instead.The ER doesn't do referrals, that's what the PCP is for!I showed up at 1:50 and was refused service at first, they wouldn't check me in.Maybe next time the doctor is 10 minutes later I refuse payment?Luckily, the DR. I've been a patient here for years. I must add that trying to get thru to a live person is frustrating. Yesterday I waited 20 minutes on hold. When someone finally answered, the call dropped and they NEVER called back. Waiting up to 25 minutes is the norm there now. Not acceptable! I went for my yearly physical on Jan 6. I had started having diarrhea on Dec 22. My NP sent me home with 4 vials for stool samples. I couldn't get enuf for the samples so I threw them away. I've had colitis 2xs and proctitis once. She never ordered a CT Scan. (Which is standard practice.) I ended up in the Tobey Hospital ER on Jan 18th. The triage nurse immediately said it sounded like colitis...read full review

They always are able to get me in for appointments in a reasonable time, the only time it's hard is for annual physicals. Those are always backed up so plan ahead! Staff is friendly, facility is clean, plenty of parking. I love that Quest lab and the pharmacy are all in the same building.
