After suffering for 3 weeks from hip pain, I went for my monthly massage. Patti diagnosed it as being in the piriformis muscle. She said it was most important to stretch the muscles in the area and strengthen them slowly. She showed what I can work on in bed, not having to get down to and up from the floor. She got on the floor to demonstrate exactly what I should do. I have been going to Patti for over 10 years and I continue to learn from her and get a terrific massage every time. She is the best massage therapist I have ever had.
