“We had prom dress alterations done on a beaded gown. Staff was very helpful getting the bust area to fit properly and add permanent straps. They suggested we add a bustle to the train which worked out fantastic, so glad we did that. They did a great job shortening the dress as well. We will definitely be back for next year's dress! My family had trusted them for years with all of their best garments. Expensive suits, the handmade dresses that my mother would do for weddings, my father's naval uniform, and it was always perfect. Fast forward 35 years, and I am now living 30 miles away. I recently picked up a rare vintage worsted suit that needed some TLC. I hadn't thought about cleaning, until a sudden passing of a close relative had me needing it in a pinch. I knew right where I was going with it and who to trust when I ended up needing As soon as I said vintage, they started asking all the right questions before I could even tell them what I needed, and never even ended up have to spell it, because I could just tell they knew exactly what they had and exactly the TLC it needed. They also got it done lightning quick! Now for a situation like mine, it is reasonable to expect they are going to charge a little extra for the expediting and the special care and products a garment like that needs, but honestly, it is worth every penny, for such perfect service!
