We had a faulty tub spout that was leaking down into our basement. Paul was quick to get that addressed for us. His guy Henry removed the old tub spout and fixed any holes that the water was leaking from and capped the pipe, then his guy Tom came down the very next day to install the new spout for us! No more leaking!! Yay! This company was so professional and the workers knew exactly what to do and both were very friendly! I will definately be using them in the future for any of our plumbing needs! Highly recommend!
Our family recently suffered an unexpected loss last week. My sister lost her husband and during that same week she started having plumbing issues in her bathroom. Someone we know reached out to Paul the Plumber for us. Words are not enough to say how amazing and how quick he responded to her needs. It was a very difficult week and he really stepped up to the plate and got someone to her house that same day. Paul reached out to Kyle from South Shore Drain. I needed a new water heater and a pressure relief valve in my house. I called several local plumbers and got pricing from $1800 -$2450 just for water heater. Paul priced out job for $1500 including removing old 80 gallon. They ordered a new American made State water heater and had job done in four hours, two days after I first talked to him.
