BAC HVAC provides excellent service from start to finish. The company returns phone calls, diagnoses problems, and schedules fixes within a couple of days. Technicians are nice, friendly, organized, and efficient, explaining everything from start to finish. They handle gas powered air conditioning units, tankless gas heating, heat pump units, and AC tune-ups. The team is very efficient, punctual, and neat, making sure projects are done to satisfaction. They are responsive, identifying problems immediately and ordering necessary parts to get everything back working within 24 hours. The company is recommended by manufacturers for Unico systems and is highly confident and professional. Customers are glad to know BAC HVAC will be there if needed, responding quickly for new condensers or air exchanges. Highly recommended for installations, replacements, and maintenance.
Excellent service right from the start. Returned my phone call, came to diagnose the problem and put on the schedule to have it fixed within a couple of days. My gas powered air conditioning unit is working great now. The technician was so nice and explained everything from start to finish. Highly confident in this company.
Brian and team got us switched over from oil to tankless gas heating. We also just had HVAC replaced to heat pump unit. They are very efficient, punctual and neat! Very highly recommend
B ooked a AC tune up, was able to get an appointment in a,few days, they actually sent me a reminder. All went well, and glad to know that they will be there if I need them. My system is about 20 years old, but in good condition. They reassured me that if I need a new condenser, or air exchange they can respond quickly. I have a Unico system, and they were recommended by the manufacturer.
