Incredible place with top class teachers and friendly staff all around. The facilities are great too. Highly recommend.

After much trepidation I attempted my first heated class. From initially trying heated Vinyasa and then moving to Bikram.... I’m now loving Yin and Fushion too. In fact, I can’t stay away! The teachers are phenomenal and you don’t feel like just another client, every staff member at Yoga spirit is kind and lovely. I would strongly recommend Yoga Spirit. Best place to find yourself again! Namaste
