I found A&G months ago when I was looking for heat and A/C service recommendations online after moving to a new home. When our gas furnace wasn’t pushing out heat one cold morning, I emailed at 4am as a brand new customer with a heat emergency in mid-January on a Monday morning. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go since it is a busy time of year and they had no history with me as a customer. I could easily see my service call being at the bottom of the priority list, and I wouldn’t even blame a small company for that. However, when I called at 8:30am for follow-up on the service request, I was happy to find out that I was already on the day’s schedule for service. Al and Tyler arrived during the indicated time slot and quickly identified the problem. They went out to get the needed parts at a local supply place, and my heat was back on within 2.5 hours of their initial arrival. They were friendly and efficient. I can see why they were recommended by others. I will certainly call A&G again.

Was told I needed a new central A/C unit because my compressor was seized by my now former heating/AC company. I always get 3 estimates. Gregory came out asked a couple questions ran a test and found 1 side of the capacitor to be bad. Replaced capacitor which he had 1 in his truck and A/C is back up and running. Took him 15 minutes to diagnose and repair saving me over $5800. I would strongly recommend them. Honest, efficient, and reasonably priced.
