Clients appreciate the extra effort, even if it comes at a slightly higher price. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff is incredibly caring and knowledgeable. They greet clients with warmth and compassion, making both pets and owners feel at ease. The team demonstrates genuine love for animals, which makes a difference during every visit. Dr. Gatti has been praised as a wonderful, knowledgeable doctor and a kind human. The support staff at Valley Veterinary Hospital are known for their patience and friendliness, ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
We’ve been bringing our puppy to Valley Vet since his first visit. While he hasn't been sick sick yet (aside from the neuter surgery), so I can’t speak deeply on complex medical cases, I am very impressed with the practice so far:
1. Seamless Communication: Their email system is incredibly efficient. Whether I'm scheduling an appointment, requesting an invoice, or asking a quick health question, they respond promptly. This level of accessibility solves 99% of pet parent anxiety!
2. Attentive Staff: Both the front desk and the doctors are very kind. I especially appreciate that they follow up with you after sick visits to check on your pet's progress.
