Michelle the manager is so friendly and cuts my hair they are so great there and affordable every time I hear a JCPenney's closing I cringe let's keep our local Hadley JCPenney's open
I just got a cut and color here today for the first time. I had the best experience! All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. I am SO happy with my cut and color by Jessy R. She was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. She is thorough and really listens to what you want. I will only be going to her from now on! JCP salon is more affordable, AND the quality surpasses many of the more expensive salons in the area. I highly recommend her!
I've been going here for the last few years. A lot of people don't even know it's there, but it's an excellent salon. The stylists are skilled and professional, and more importantly, are knowledgeable about all the latest trends.
