We secured three quotes for a major home project (700sf addition with a total kitchen/ dining room remodel). Immediately, Scott Penney outshone the competitors by providing realistic pricing and asking insightful questions about our plans and project execution that no one else thought to mention. Once hired, Scott and his family team proved to be diligent, communicative, hardworking, skilled, and completely trustworthy. When any challenges arose (as they do), they were forthright in their consultations with us, always providing an array of potential solutions.
