Being an idiot is usually pretty awesome. Once in while though, you do something extra idiotic, and you need a non-idiot to bail you out. For example, I flushed my keys down the toilet. Any idiot can drop his keys into the toilet, but it takes a champion like me to drop them in mid-flush so that they go all the way down in to the sewer never to be seen again. Fortunately, I had a spare truck key. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. I must have bent it when I used it to open one of those cans of yummy lead paint in the way-back corner of the basement. Fantastic customer service, great price. Russ got me back into my house in no time, was very kind & professional. Even tooled the new lock to the same old key so I wouldn’t have to make new copies. While I don’t want to need their services again, if I ever do I won’t hesitate to call them in a heartbeat.

Russ helped us get a key for a vehicle that has been sitting for a long period of time. He even helped us with getting the vehicle started and airing up the tires. He went far above and beyond and we very much appreciated it. Very fair with the pricing and we would recommend him to anyone.
