Russ tries to help us with a strange issue with our van, we’d replaced the PCM which triggered the vehicle anti theft. One of the ways around it is getting a new key. He made multiple trips and tried a few things to try to help us out. Ultimately it didn’t work, but the effort he put into it was greatly appreciated. We’ll be calling him again for future needs!
We were locked out of our house on a cold morning and called a few local locksmiths but no one was answering. We then called up Smith & Associates and Russ answered very quickly. We were a little out of the service area but he said that wasn’t an issue and that he could come out and help us. Within a few minutes Russ had our door open and even cut us an extra key as part of the service. Highly recommend!
