From Shaina Cantino
Shaina's practice combines manual therapy techniques and tools for mindfulness and interoception, supporting clients in coming home to their bodies and lives. Bodywork sessions draw on several modalities, including visceral manipulation, neuromeningeal manipulation, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and Craniosacral Therapy. In Craniosacral Therapy sessions, clients receive non-invasive hands-on work, promoting expansion and centering in their systems. This may manifest as the unwinding of chronic holdings in the body or as deep rest and relaxation.
