Pristine Orientals provides professional and friendly area rug cleaning. They offer a thorough cleaning method, with service described as a pleasure. The team is very patient and accommodating, taking time to explain steps and carefully place rugs. They handle pickup, cleaning, and storage. Clients note vibrant results, very fair prices, and a stress-free experience, with many stating they will use the service again and 100% recommend it.
Pristine Orientals has excellent customer service which goes a long, long way with me. Tyler has provided cleaning work for us twice, and both times he arrived on time, listened carefully to what we needed, gave us helpful advice, seemed totally unfazed by moving furniture to get our rugs up and putting them back into place when they were clean, and returned phone calls and texts promptly. I recommend this business highly!
I have had four oriental rugs (one antique) cleaned by Pristine. The service and cleaning are both top notch. They go above and beyond for their customers. And I feel like my rugs are in very safe hands.
Delightful to work with. Work was done professionally on time and did a great job with all the problems that My oriental rugs have had with dogs.. We have used them a number of times and will continue to use them.
