I was initially hesitant to go to Pristine Orientals since it changed hands and was at a new location, however I as glad I did! Tyler was very easy to communicate with and set me at ease by describing his cleaning process the same as the former owner! Yes indeed my rug got “a bath”. Since Tyler was going to be my area he offered to drop it off and carry it up 3 flights of stairs and roll it out! I was so happy ! When the time comes I am definitely returning to Pristine Orientals for their quality work, reasonable pricing and professional service! ( I was also able to purchase a pad for the rug from Tyler)

This is the best local hidden gem I have found for my oriental rugs, and I have inherited quite a few rugs and been to other places. The rugs came out beautifully. He even inspected 3 other ones that may had been exposed to moths while in storage. He unrolled each one and said they were not only moth free, but my mother's cleaner in Boston had done a superb job and he loaded them right back into my car. Thank you.
There is absolutely NO odor from the cleaning process (no perfume smells as from other places I experienced locally).
Very friendly service. I will go back again!

I’d give more stars if I could. The rug they cleaned was huge and hadn’t been done in over 20 years (by Pristine when at the Industrial Park location). I visited their new place to check if the method as as thorough as it used to be and Tyler gave me a tour explaining all the steps and picked up the rug a few days later. The rug we got back was so much more vibrant and beautiful! He also took his time placing it exactly with our furniture which was appreciated. Great job, really nice to work with, and a very fair price. 100% recommend.
