I had Mass Save come in for an audit on a Wednesday, was contacted on Thursday, and had work scheduled for Monday. Scheduling was easy and there was great communication leading up to the work day. Joe (son) and his crew were very prompt showing up early and ready to go. Great group of guys all polite, respectful, and communicative. The work spanned two days and after they left each day you wouldn't have known they were here everything was nice and clean. Discussed bathroom vent locations with me prior to installation. There was no attempt to upsell or add on work that wasn't listed in the initial contract and they even did some additional soffit work free of charge. The...read full review
