Over the last 2 weeks you guys have been to my house twice for services. There was one guy that was there both times and he was excellent. The other guy that came Tuesday morning was horrible. He was beyond rude and ignorant. From what I gather from my neighbors they have had the exact same experience regarding that individual.
Excellent service from R M Adams Plumbing - called in at night when water heater was found leaking in our basement, Rich was quick to walk us through making sure everything was shut off safely and got us a new tank installed the next morning. Also replaced a soon to fail main pressure regulator that was found during visit. All 2 days before Christmas - great service and great guy! Would recommend
Rich has been our go to plumber for years now. You call, he responds almost immediately. No job is too small. Reasonable rates and hard working. The best local plumber by far. Highly recommended.
