Nathaniel was helpful and professional, taking the time to ensure he understood our priorities (problem areas on the property, health and safety concerns, etc) before completing the service efficiently. Results are TBD since he just sprayed today, but I already feel relieved that we’re protected against ticks — and that we can count on the same great service every three weeks throughout the summer! We use Pure Solutions because of the natural ingredients in their solution and the effectiveness of their product in getting rid of ticks and mosquitos. They are professional, friendly, responsive to outreach, are flexible with their scheduling, and are generous in their attempt to help with whatever else pops up.
