One customer had a great experience at the Gloucester Great Clips location. They had never been to Great Clips before and were a little nervous, but the stylist named Dawn provided an excellent consultation and cut their hair exactly how they wanted it. Dawn also mentioned that Great Clips is a chemical-free salon, which the customer appreciated. The customer was very happy with the final result and said they'll definitely be back.

Another customer had a good experience as usual at the Gloucester Great Clips. They mentioned that there were only two stylists on duty, but they were both great and very busy. The customer was a little disappointed that their coupon code was not accepted for some reason.

A third customer had a great experience as well. They needed a "repair" haircut after a friend had cut their very long, thick, and wavy hair unevenly. The stylist named Kate was able to thin out the bulky ends and then add some long layers the next day, at no additional charge. The customer was very satisfied with the final result and said they'll definitely go back and ask for Kate again.

Overall, Great Clips in Gloucester, MA provides friendly, affordable, and consistent haircut services, with skilled stylists who listen to their customers' needs and provide personalized results.
