We had Berry Mechanical come take a look at our relatively modern forced air system that does all of our heating. When we had the system put in (about 6 years ago) we had the refrigerant coils installed - but the condenser didn’t make the final budget plan at the time ?
Fast forward to this summer and we were ready, at last. Called them up, Alan Berry was out shortly thereafter - came up with a plan and had access to the R-410 equipment we needed. During a recent heat wave our AC stopped working around 6PM. Called the office to leave a message and was surprised that an answering service picked up. Even more surprised that a tech called within the hour. The same tech (Mike) was at our house the next day at 1:30 and the AC was fixed. Tremendous response during likely their busiest time of the summer. Outstanding customer service!

My sincere thanks to Diana and Berry Mechanical for the great work they did in solving an issue I had with my AC After explaining my dilemma to Diana , she arranged for a technician to be at my home the follow morning. What a tremendous service ! Problem was fixed . Their response time , technical ability and just great old fashion customer service put them above all competitors . Kudos to Diana , Alan and his great team.
