We had Berry Mechanical come take a look at our relatively modern forced air system that does all of our heating. When we had the system put in (about 6 years ago) we had the refrigerant coils installed - but the condenser didn’t make the final budget plan at the time 😁
Fast forward to this summer and we were ready, at last. Called them up, Alan Berry was out shortly thereafter - came up with a plan and had access to the R-410 equipment we needed. During a recent heat wave our AC stopped working around 6PM. Called the office to leave a message and was surprised that an answering service picked up. Even more surprised that a tech called within the hour. The same tech (Mike) was at our house the next day at 1:30 and the AC was fixed. Tremendous response during likely their busiest time of the summer. Outstanding customer service!
