Very highly recommended for people to do business with Boucher Funeral Home. Jim and Jacob both when way above and beyond of just providing a service. They were very concerned with my well-being listen to everything I had to say even if I kept repeating the story every time I spoke to Jim as he patiently listened with compassion and empathy. They are very reasonable with payment plans and the pricing and also of when to make the payments and that made that process that much less stressful for me. I recently used Boucher Funeral Home in Gardner, Ma. The service that was provided could not have better. The professionalism was impeccable. The care of my loved one, was the best. The help, guidance, and options to get to my end result was understood and carried out with no issues. There was no question my whishes would be carried out. They were kind, considerate and respectful, of my thoughts and ideas. All were empathetic, very kind and considerate. There were no issues contacting them day or night. I highlyrecommend Boucher Funeral Home and would never consider using anyone else.
