We used Progress Contracting twice, and it was a great experience both times. Tim was the only contractor to give us an itemized estimate and really stuck to it. Any changes or additional costs were told ahead of time and agreed on. There was great communication, and he really listened to what we were looking to do, and made it happen. We love our home now thanks to Tim and Nicole and the team!

We had Progress Contracting put a living room addition onto our house and we could not be happier. From planning and needing a variance, Tim and Nicole helped us with everything. Tim is very knowledgeable and keeps you informed of all steps that are to be done. His workers are super polite, friendly and by the end felt like old friends. His subcontractors were all friendly and tidy. We can’t say enough about this company. Any and all questions were answered and we would use them again in a heartbeat.
