Great service they were kind and helpful and respectful with the help that I needed recommend for others in need of assistance with care thank you for your help I appreciate there kindness and there help I unfortunately ended up getting there around there closing time but they didn't act in anyway irratated with what needed to be done help me to get fix and told accurately on what to be aware of if matters got worse I again have to say thank you for your help and kindness it goes along way this day in age God bless and who ever reads this I hope u have the same experience

Appointment availability was very good. I was seen promptly. Received excellent care - efficient, pleasant, situation explained clearly explained to me, questions answered clearly and completely.

I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care Franklin. The entire staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. The nurse was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

The provider was also very friendly and compassionate. She explained the procedure clearly and did everything she could to perform it as quickly and gently as possible, knowing it would be painful. I really appreciated her care, patience, and professionalism.

The clinic was clean, the wait time was short, and everyone treated me with respect. Thank you for the excellent care!
