“I brought my phone here to have the screen replaced. From the moment I picked it up the screen was flickering and glitching. There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The problem clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were “When did you get it fixed?” “Do you have the receipt?” There was no attempt to even look at the issue. No let’s see what the problem is. No let’s find out if this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars for the repair and the issue started immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly and accountability are what matter. Before writing this I checked my profile. I have never written a bad review in my life. I am only writing this to protect the next person. If this had been handled with integrity I would have given five stars without hesitation. Mistakes can be fixed. Avoiding responsibility cannot.“
