My appointment was for 9:45 Am. I arrived at 9:30 (early). I was not called to the first part of my visit until 10:52. Once called, everything and everyone was excellent! I give my wait 1 star and the actual service 5 stars. If there was an issue for the excessive wait, I should have been told that they were running late without me asking and being told next time plan on two hours!!!! Sign in people were not friendly or accommodating!
I received excellent care during my cataract surgeries. The doctor and his assistants are all very professional but caring. I would recommend anyone needing cataract surgery to us them.
I have Dr. Zia for my yearly vision checks and she is awesome and I just had cataract surgery with Dr. Liu This experience was great from start to finish. From the staff in the offices to the staff in the cataract surgery center, and the doctors, I am very pleased
