MetroWest Physician Services: Franklin

Called in looking to see if they accepted my insurance, won't name the woman on the phone but she was clearly not in a good mood. They must be understaffed.

I'm always treated with respect and courtesy from my Dr to the wonderful women at the front desk as they continually help me navigate the lovely world of insurance. Thankfully they actually contact me and help me get the " correct" paperwork sent to the correct drs or specialist . Thanks for all your help.
