Place has been attentive and great for several years. Easy in and out, no need waiting long time. Very nice, clean, organized, knowledgeable people are appointments on time. Friendly, efficient, extremely pleasant they treat people with respect. They cutting hair great haircuts people love and recommend. No gimmicks, Service haircuts friendly kind. Very nice people are really friendly and extremely pleasant. Appointments are on time, no waiting long. If you want pay for gimmicks go elsewhere. They treat dad who is 91 with respect.

Rarely write a review for a non-restaurant, but John's deserves some comment - especially for someone new to the area looking for a regular barber shop. John's has 3 to 5 barbers (male and female) on duty depending on the hour and day. All give great cuts per your request. Place is very clean, bright, easy off-street parking in a lot, across the street from the Big Y and next to McDonald's. Can't say enough about their cuts - have been going here since we relocated (2 years ago August) for myself and my young son.

I have been going to John's since the early 90's. Shop has come a long way since then (although the TV in the lounge hasn't changed yet) and I still find myself there to get a good, consistent, affordable haircut. Hours are working-man-friendly during the week which let's you avoid the occasional rush on Saturdays. If you haven't gone, give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

For 15 years John's cut my hair (when I've been in a hurry and John's not been available other barbers have done an excellent job as well). I've always been happy though I no longer go on Saturday morning - looking to avoid the rush :)
