Brought my vehicle down there twice for repairs. Both times I had no issues with their service. The first time I had them put in a condenser for my AC. They had to take out the dash board to do the job.when I picked up the vehicle it didn't even look like the dash board was removed and had ice cold air for the summer. Second time I had my fluids replaced in transfer case, rear axle and transmission fluid... No leaks.. they may be a bit pricey but they do excellent work.. thank you Grove St.
Professional, friendly, good service. They will be my go to shop from here on out. Also they have loaner vehicles which makes the experience a lot easier to plan as well. I’m sure all the staff is great, but ask for Rich. He’s extremely kind and helpful and honest. Thanks again guys!!!
I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire and one of the wonderful employees stopped and put my spare on for me without even a thought! I brought my horribly mutilated tire to them that afternoon and by the next day they had a new tire for me and put it on at my convenience! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Everybody was super nice and it was a great experience and I will return to Grove Street Mechanic whenever I need them!
