I have literally never had a bad experience with Schwab, but all my interactions thus far have been via phone or via the internet. Today was my first time going into a physical branch and I was pleased to find this experience as pleasant, informative, and easy as all my previous interactions with Schwab. I stopped by the Framingham branch to deal with an IRA transfer. I met with Thomas E. and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He promptly dealt with my IRA transfer, gave me some ideas to think about for the account, and provided me with contact information for the investor development team at Schwab, to whom I intend to reach out.
