A representative came by home tonight named Michael very informative about the company, very nice, not at all pushy. Offered multiple prices that continued to get lower as the conversation went on. However, we already spray for most of the insects, and with summer coming to an end we felt we did not need this service until next spring. Will be in touch in March 2026!
The service was courteous and thorough, with pre-treatment messaging and treatment photos and our pest problems were minimal during treatment windows.
They lost a star (and eventually my business) when their auto-scheduling, which was supposed to deliver 4 treatments a year, jumped to 6 treatments. After calling customer service they corrected it for a year and then it jumped back to 6. Not sure why this was happening, but that meant I was paying 50% more per year than I had agreed to. Twice. So I parted ways.
Ultimately an excellent service, but needs to manage its scheduling a bit better in my opinion.
Jaxson came to my door and I nearly threw him off my property because I thought he was selling solar. He was so polite and informative that I decided to hear him out and now I am a new customer. Thank you Jaxson
