i am blown away by Sheila's precise knowledge of how my aches and pains can be resolved with using a roller and ball held steady for 5 minutes in the spots she directs me..i have found relief from ailments that have been there for quite some time,.....THANK YOU Sheila!!!!

I just had my second session with Sheila Murray last week. Her work is profound. After the first session I had improved range of motion and decreased pain in my neck and upper back, which had been restricted and painful after a recent re-injury. She is highly skilled in multiple modalities and this proficiency and range creates a comprehensive experience that for me means that a variety of physical issues that have not been attended to sufficiently in the past are being addressed with care and precision now.
