I contacted Busy Bee-Cleans asking for our entire upstairs unit, which had been a rental for years, to be thoroughly cleaned so that we could move upstairs. My wife and I ended up dissatisfied at a few points in the process:- The process of getting an estimate was confusing: instead of showing pictures or having a quick walkthrough, we had to count walls, which didn't make much sense to us, since walls might be small, part of a closet, etc. It added to the stress of the experience.- In addition, I didn't have confidence after the job was done that everything was gotten.
