Incredible service! Our dog chewed my daughter’s pottery barn backpack strap. I walked in asking if it’s something they’d be able to fix and the kind woman immediately took it from me and had it repaired within 5 minutes of me walking in. Highly recommend and will be back for all tailoring needs!

Edi at Prime Thread, is a very talented and creative seamstress. She listens to the customer's requests and she also offers her professional advice. I needed alterations made to my Mother of the Bride dress. Edi took care of it in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Edi does an excellent job and I highly recommend her.

Edi came highly recommended, so I knew I could trust her when looking for a seamstress to alter my (quite heavy and somewhat challenging) wedding dress. My dress had several components that needed to be adjusted, and Edi exceeded my expectations. I returned to try on my dress about 2-3 weeks later and everything was PERFECT so I was able to bring it home that day.
Aside from being a great seamstress, Edi is kind, compassionate, and creative. She had many ideas on what would work best, but also was open to my input and was willing to bring any of my ideas to life. Her early morning hours also made it easy to pop in before work.
