Karen was very helpful and kind when I made the call. I cryptically explained to her my problem and she read between the lines and confirmed what was thinking. We decided it probably would be better to buy a new machine. She said they wanted to help the community, not rip it off. And on those lines, their service charge was $35 cheaper than anyplace I had called. Thank you Karen for your friendly professionalism!

When our previous repair man retired he referred us to John. In the past 2 years, John has been very diligent and accommodating in our business. I called this past Sunday to leave a message because our AC at our business was not working. Karen called me within an hour. She had said that Monday was booked, but he did make time and we were grateful because it was 97° outside and in our shop it was hotter. Each time we've called Fitchburg appliance they have showed up in a timely manner. Also after they do the work they follow up to make sure you're satisfied. We are very pleased that our previous HVAC guy recommended this company. John's prices are fair and we find him to be a very reputable guy and will continue to do business with him and recommend him to others.
