Lauren is gifted in what she does. I've been to many massage therapists over the last 5 years to help with back pain following an auto accident and massage therapy seemed to really provide relief I was seeking. What I found with other massage therapists (and even other medical services), is that the service would give me relief for only a month, but then I would be back to where I was originally. With Lauren, she has progressively made me better and has helped significantly in a short amount of time where I continue to improve & heal. I cannot recommend her enough!

I am from Connecticut visiting the area. I had the pleasure of stopping by the Thrifty Gypsy where Zen on Main located on 8/20. My appointment was 8/23 for a 90 minute massage. It was one of the most effective and best done massages I have had. I was immediately relaxed and my trouble areas were worked extensively. I look forward to my next visit to Sturbridge and Zen on Main. Worth the drive from anywhere.

Highly recommended. Lauren is a talented massage therapist and healer. I suffer from repetitive motion injuries due to my profession of 40+ years. Her knowledge and techniques have helped me regain my full range of motion in my shoulders and arms.
