I had a great experience with Regency. They repaired my Sub-Zero refrigerator at a very reasonable cost.The technician was very professional, knowledgable, and helpful in explaining things about the refrigerator. I highly recommend.
Great service and great experience! Repair tech came out next day, diagnosed the problem within 2 minutes (incorrect electrical install by GC), fixed the wiring, and had my dishwasher back up and running within the hour. Rich is a consummate professional that knows his stuff. Highly recommend!
I have been in the kitchen business since 1979 and Regency Service is the best around for upscale to high end appliance repair. I wouldn't use or recommend anyone else. They are extremely knowledgeable and completely trustworthy.
