I'll start by saying I rarely change a rating and I really liked this nail salon!, everyone was friendly and the service and cleanliness was great. Unfortunately last time I went it was a night and day difference hence the reason why I came back here to take down a couple of stars. I really hope they realize they need to improve their service.

I have been going to Purity for a few years now and I am a very happy customer every single time. I do make an appointment and I have generally found them to be on time and my shellac manicures last up to 3 weeks. I’m writing this review after my experience today because I brought my 3 year old daughter with me and they were so amazing to both of us. It really means a lot when the entire nail salon is so accommodating and friendly. We both got manicures and pedicures and they look amazing - which I’m sure was not easy to do for a 3 year old! Highly recommend
