The majority of staff were very pleasant. The funeral service went smoothly—the staff was very professional. The Wake at Waring Sullivan was set up comfortably with plenty of places for photos or flowers.
Previously, I had stopped by their facility 2 years prior to make sure the contract and my father’s wishes would be taken care of. He prepaid for everything in Florida through the Dignity Memorial program. It started the night he passed - the nurse was having difficulty with the person on the phone in charge at the Waring Sullivan home. I am not sure if they could not find his paperwork.
