I needed an extraction ( never a fun thing ) with my dental phobia I made an appointment with an oral surgeon because I thought I needed I.V sedation . The earliest I could schedule an appointment was 2 weeks away . The tooth was bothering me and come to find out infected . I called True Dental . Dr.Medeiros fit me in on a Saturday afternoon (No one brought it up but I know they all stayed late for me )I won’t lie when I walked in the door I was terrified . That all changed fast , I still can’t believe my tooth was extracted with such professionalism kindness , and care . What was I waiting for !! Dr.Medeiros is exceptional he truly cares about his patients !! The dental assistance April who held my hand and reassured me every few minutes was exceptional !! If you need a family dentist or if your nervous about a procedure I promise you that calling True Dental is the best thing you could do for all and any of your dental needs ! Thank You Dr . Medeiros,April , and the ladies at the front desk !! I feel so much better !!
I had a great experience at True Dental. They made me feel comfortable and informed me along the way of my visit what was going on. I was previously seeing another office and it was a completely different experience. I felt at ease. Highly recommend.
