Most of the time the service is good, but sometimes the staff seem to have no respect for patients. Should probably considering hiring people who are nicer and don’t have such a rude tone when speaking to people.

The staff is phenomenal! The only complaint I have is that it’s freezing. The other patients in the waiting room were also complaining. My fingers were purple. Please address the temperature. Thank you! 3 stars only due to the frigid temp!

Dr. Hineadi has been my doctor for more than twenty years. He has always listened to any concerns I may have had. He has always put me in the right direction if a test, or seeing a specialist was needed. He and his staff have always been pleasant to me and efficient.
