I have used Platinum Services many times and always satisfied with the work done and the techs that come out. Today Ian was the tech that came out to fix a leak in my bathroom. He arrived on time and fixed the leak without other issues arising!!

I had an issue with the toilet leaking water from the supply hose and valve. They dispatched Andrew to come out and he did an excellent job...he was very professional...he came on time and looked at what was going on, answered any questions I had and got right to work and fixed the problem...I am recommending Platinum to my friends and I'll suggest they ask for Andrew.
